Whiskey Chai is a delightful and warming cocktail perfect for the holiday season. It combines the comforting flavors of chai tea with the rich, smooth taste of whiskey. Here's how to make it:
- 1 cup of strong brewed Inland Iced Chai
- 2 oz of your favorite whiskey (bourbon or rye work well)
- 1/2 oz of honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 oz of fresh lemon juice
- Cinnamon stick and a lemon twist for garnish
Start by brewing a strong cup of Chai tea. You can use loose-leaf Chai tea or tea bags. Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
