Ingredients
Organic Peppermint, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Blue Butterfly Pea Flower, Organic Cornflower, Organic & Wild Harvested Rose Petals, Organic Rose Hips.
Brewing Instructions
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 212°F. Pour water over the tea and steep for 6–7 minutes for optimal flavor. Add milk and sugar if desired. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
