Ingredients
Organic Green Tea, Organic Oolong Tea, Organic Spearmint, Organic Juniper Berries, Organic Lemon Myrtle, Pure Extract.
How to steep
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 fl oz of fresh water heated to 185°F. Pour water over the tea, adding milk and sugar if desired. Steep for 3–4 minutes for optimal flavor. Enjoy 1–2 steeps; use fresh leaves often.
