Wholesale Policies

ORDER MINIMUM

$100 USD for all orders.

PAYMENT

Payments are accepted from US retailers through a variety of payments which we list on the footer of our website. 

Please note that any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  We require a copy of your state resale certificate for our files before your purchase if you are in a state that collects tax. If you do not provide this document, we will charge you sales tax. You can mail it or scan & email it - information provided above. NOTE: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Missouri, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Oregon do not collect sales tax, so if you live in any of those states then we do NOT require a resale license from you. We do require some documentation that you are in business, such as your business license.

If your state is shown above in grey, we will not collect sales tax. If you do not send us the requested documentation, we will charge you sales tax.

We will send you the proper document that you will need to complete and send to us at: info@beachhouseteas.com or if you already have the proper documentation, please email it to us.

PURCHASE ORDERS

Are excepted in lieu of placing an order online. Same rules apply that payment can be made online or via check prior to shipment if this is your first order. If you are a returning customer, you will be extended a 30-day net pay if you request it.

SHIPPING COSTS, TIMES AND RUSH ORDERS

Shipping will occur once payment for the order has cleared our payment account processor if you are paying online. If you are a return customer, orders placed in our online wholesale shop, will occur once order is placed.

Shipping/lead time – As all items are made to order, lead time from ordering to shipping can be up to 10 working days, though we strive to be quicker than this.  Shipping vendor is at the discretion of Beach House Teas.

Rush Orders – Rush orders may be requested if orders are needed to ship within seven (7) calendar days from order. An additional $75 charge will be added to the order total for this option. These orders cannot be placed online and must be invoiced. You must contact us at info@beachhouseteas.com to make arrangements.

Cost – all orders will be quoted shipping prices dependent on weight if the order is below $50.  If you have any further inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us. All prices quoted in this document and attachments are wholesale, in USD. 

RETURNS
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, we will refund the wholesale purchase price on return of the item to us along with applicable sales tax. Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to Beach House Teas. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us within five (5) days of receipt of items to process any returns. If you wish to receive a replacement instead of a refund, please let us know within five (5) days and we will send the item out once the damage item is returned to us. We will not refund or accept back any unsold inventory for credit. We highly suggest that you place a small sample order first (at retail) to make the sure that the item is right for your needs. We offer a sample packet size of each of our teas, sugars, and salts at retail unless other arrangements have been made.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you choose to have us custom blend a tea or bath salts, there will be a one-time $75 fee added. This is for the custom blending, custom label design and other incidentals. We will only invoice these orders and you must contact us to make any arrangements. This is for new wholesale customers after 9/1/2020. Recipes for custom blends remain the property of Beach House Teas.

OTHER DISCOUNT

The wholesale discount and prices quoted cannot be combined with any other discounts.
