How to steep

Scoop loose-leaf tea into infuser
212° F
Heat fresh water
8 FL OZ
Pour water over tea, add milk and sugar if desired

I enjoyed this tea immensely at the Stephanie Inn in Cannon Beach and was shocked to find out it was a PNW teamaker. I usually drink Yunnan tea but like a more intense black in the morning. It tastes like a medium strong black tea but with a broader mouth feel that is very satisfying. I enjoy it black mostly, but it is stands up well to a splash of milk

This is a wonderful black tea with a tiny bit of added flavoring that enhances but does not dominate the rich flavor of the tea. We tried it at the dining room of the Stephanie Inn in Cannon Beach, OR, and loved it so much, we bought a whole pound of it from Beach House.
